The celebrity in attendance, Travis Kelce, enjoyed the game, as he looked super hyped after Wade’s performance. Kelce congratulated the 27-year-old Cavalier on his victory.

Kelce was also wearing a Cavs t-shirt, with his name and jersey number on it. Kelce grew up in Westlake, Ohio, near downtown Cleveland. The reigning Super Bowl champ was there to support his home team, as the fans in the arena received a Kelce brothers bobblehead. Surprisingly, the game was worth watching from the court seats too, for the Kelce family.

Dean Wade and the Cavs are on their way to the Playoffs

The Cavs have established themselves as a threat in the East, sitting at number three on the table, 40-21. Looking at the standings in the Eastern Conference, the Cavs will smoothly make their way to the postseason. Looking at the Celtics and the Bucks, the Cavaliers might have a tough time facing either squad.

Players like Dean Wade are a great asset for the Cavs, as having a backup scorer on the bench will turn out to be beneficial for the team. Not only that, Wade has potential and can perform even better if given more playing time.

On the other hand, Cleveland, who made its first playoff appearance last year ever since LeBron James‘ departure, faced the Knicks in the first round. Sadly, the Cavs had an early playoff exit, though this only meant room for improvement. The team has come back much stronger and better offensively this year and will look to make a deep playoff run.

This may also be a rise of a new era for Cleveland, finishing the season as one of the top teams in the East, though only after a long time will the Cavs experience this without James. The 2024 postseason will truly be a defining one for Cleveland, as they’ll look to finish strong in the regular season.
