Pacers vs. Knicks same game parlay: An absurd 559-1 long shot to celebrate

We here at Action Network pride ourselves on finding the best bets on any given event — whether it's a mid-major college basketball game in the middle of a weekday or an NBA playoff game, like tonight's Game 2 between the Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks.

We also know that every once in a while, it's fun to bet on a bit of a lottery ticket — a bet we know has very, very, very little chance of cashing, but one that gives us a bit of a hope and a prayer of turning a little bit of money into quite a bit more.

Taken in moderation, such bets can be fun, as long as we all remember that they are JUST for fun. And in that spirit, we're here to bring you an absolutely ridiculous 559-1 Same-Game Parlay for Pacers vs. Knicks tonight in Game 2. (We tried to get to 600-1, but the odds shifted earlier in the day on Wednesday.)

It comes courtesy of one of our best betting experts, Brandon Anderson, who wanted to celebrate the 600th episode ([) of our Buckets podcast with a silly (but not entirely implausible) almost-600-1 SGP for tonight's festivities. (Note: The parlay was 600-1 but odds moved throughout the day on Wednesday, so it's just shy.)

Pacers vs Knicks Same Game Parlay: Game 2

Brandon: "This is a 1/10th of a unit sort of bet. Here's my script for Game 2 — it's a Knicks script. Jalen Brunson goes under on his points, under on his 3s, but he gets his rebounds. It's instead a Josh Hart game. He hits three 3s, he hits a triple-double. The Knicks win the game, they cover the 5-point spread.

"Give me all of those things together, and it is (Editor's note: was) a 600-1 bet. Six hundredth episode, baby! Let's go! It's a ludicrous bet. Let's have some fun with it."
